I have been on trizepatide for a year and have lost 96 pounds. I really have had no issues with the medication other than a bit of constipation in the beginning, which was taken care of with a probiotic. Of particular note, I used to have some pretty painful joints, sleeping more and of course minor mobility issues due to excess weight. Those are all gone now. I feel great, and am beginning a maintenance dose for a while.
