This product has been a game changer for real in my life. I have lost 46 pounds since April 19 th. I did start to stop eating when I had a 1/4 left, on my plate. After I lost the first 14 pounds in 27 days, I started working out on my stepper and lifting 3lb weights with my arms. The last 2 months I have been able to bump that up to 4lb weights . My arms are looking great and the rest of my body , I have o do a double take in the mirror. Sometimes I can’t believe how good I look. I actually love my body and I could have , never never said that before, I started using Tirzepadite. I also want to add. that I started taking NAD, and Gluthathione as well and I no longer have any joint problems, anymore and my sciatica, that ran anywhere from my hip to my ankle is completely gone. I am so grateful to Citizens med.com. I feel like they have given me my life back. I sleep better than I have in years. And no more pain in my baby. And I love what I see, in the mirror now. 53 pounds down since March 1st! Couldn’t be happier with my progress. Still continue to have fairly minimal side effects, which is a plus. Definitely recommend!

I am happy with the product. I would like to make a recommendation to alter shipping method. Received product with 2 small ice packs. They were completely defrosted and the packs were very HOT to the touch. Would recommend adding more ice packs, especially when shipping to Florida during the summer. I was concerned about my product after sitting 2 days in the box under hot temperatures.
