My experience has been very positive with the actual product. My 4 star comes from issues with the delivery methods used. I have had to re-order twice now (and its expensive) because the box was delivered on my doorstep and it sat in the 95degree heat for hours and the vial was actually super hot in my hand. I had to throw it away.
The second time was just recently, my current order. The package was left behind a tree at noon and then not discovered until the next day!!!! I am now in the process of ordering again. I have now changed the delivery address to my workplace, but timing has to be on specific days for that situation to work. Its just a pain that UPS cannot leave the item with a person at the house, they should need a signature, OR send a text saying that the package has been delivered.

The one thing that I would recommend in using this, however – make sure to drink lots of water. I don’t get thirsty using this, but I find myself dehydrated because I don’t feel thirsty or hungry so I don’t take in a recommended amount of liquids. I had been purchasing compounded Tirzepatide from my doctor for about $ 1,400 a month. While it was a good experience, I spent a lot and wasn’t getting quite the results I was expecting.
I had heard there were more affordable options, and I felt like I should explore my options. After months of doing research, and reading reviews, I finally wanted to start checking out different companies. I was surprised to find out that that a lot of places weren’t very transparent about what you’d be getting and what the costs would be.
Others had a lot of additional cost besides the costs of the medicine. Citizen Meds was pretty transparent from the start. They have prices for different doses clearly marked on their website. The only other cost is the Fedex overnight shipping of the chilled medicine, along with 10 (instead of 4) syringes, alcohol prep pads, and an information card. All came very well packaged in a discreet sturdy box.
I had questions that were quickly answered via email. Their prices were very good, and they gave me a new patient discount right off the bat. When I asked about getting automatic shipments each month, they explained to me how it could be done and I found out that I’d be getting my prescription at an even lower price. I’m currently paying about 1/4 the price of what I would have been paying at my doctor’s office. But price alone wasn’t enough to make me consider choosing Citizen Meds. I read the experience of people who were buying from Citizen Meds, and had from other companies, too. That was enough to make me think seriously about this company and the compunded medicines they were selling. Their website was very informative, but I did have a few problems navigating it at times.
Citizen Meds did not try to hard sell me on their products. They let their prices, products & reputation speak for themself. I decided to try out one month to see how I liked it. I could immediately see that I didn’t have the side affects that I did with the medicine my doctor supplied to me. I had more energy and more appetite surpression with my new medicine, even though the dosage was the same as what I was getting from my doctor’s office. I also noticed that I was actually losing weight faster & more consistantly with the Citizen Meds’ medicine than with the other. I think the added B-12 & Glycine probably contributed to the better results and lack of side affects. It seems like I’m building muscle easier now, too. I’m very pleased with the progress I’m making.
I have used the included (at no ectra cost) telehealth program and spoke with someone about questions I had. The person/doctor I spoke with was very polite and patient. She asked if I had any other questions or concerns before we ended the call. My welcome email gave me the number to call, as a patient. I’m very happy with my decision to go with Citizen Meds and I have already referred some of my friends to them. My only regret is that I didn’t switch to Citizen Meds a lot sooner!

The Trizepatide mixed with B12 I liked because you’re essentially getting a buy one get one which is incredibly helpful. I wish I could rate Tirzepatide higher than 5 Stars. Over the 10 months, weight has melted off, at 8-10 lbs a month. I did have to walk regularly, & eat smarter. I eat as much as I want, BUT I don’t want as much as I used to. Three bites, & my apatite is satisfied. It is like the “More is better” & the “Think about food” switch has been turned off.

I started compound tirzepatide with citizen meds last fall. I’m in my 5th month of the program and I’ve lost nearly 50 lbs so far! I’m a 45 yr old female. One month before I started the meds I broke my ankle and foot and had 4 months of immobilization which significantly decreased my activity. While on the meds,my BMI has gone from 32 to 26! My knees no longer ache everyday! The weight loss has slowed down now, but I’m also building more muscle now as my mobility is slowly increasing with PT.
