Wow, where do I start? This NAD by Citizens Meds is the best thing, in my life. First, I feel better than I have felt since I was a teenager. I have energy and stamina to get through the long work days. Second., I sleep better than I have in years. I sleep all the way through the night. I used to wake up every 2/3 hrs a night.
