I take Omeprazole for my acid reflux so because of that it’s killing my B vitamins. Instead of taking B12 capsules were you loose some of it in your stomach, I was so happy to find City Meds were it-can help me with that by injecting in my thigh muscle directly and feeling so much better. Will purchase this again as delivery is at least 2 days tops with there prompt response.

I started taking this about a month ago and I’ve noticed much more improvement and energy to my work day I’m able to get through the day without wishing I could take a nap. I actually never take naps anymore. It has also helped me with my weight loss. I’m down to 137 from 175 that’s 38 pounds. But the last 10 pounds was on the B-12. I’m also on Tirzepadite, since April.
