Finally decided to give this a try and glad I did! Most of the time if I feel like a snack I just drink a glass of 0% Fairlife milk and it takes care of any hunger. Yes it’s a bit pricey, but in reality it’s cheaper than buying all the food I would have eaten! I would encourage anyone needing to lose fat to give this a try. It takes a couple weeks to really notice the effects but I’m down 12 pounds in less than a month, and I’m still trying to take in 200-225 grams of protein a day which is a real challenge when your not hungry! I’ve had some success on the 2.5 mg compounded Terzepatide already… I am encouraged and will continue to use this product, at the 2.5 mg level for a while, and possibly increase to the 5mg if needed… I say this because I used Zepbound for 4 months, last year, and dropped weight so fast that I lost an enormous amount of muscle, was intensely nauseous and rebounded right away, with cravings and weight gain after discontinuing use. I think this product has a lot of potential I started off with the 2.5 mg and noticed like other people the lack of appetite I already didn’t eat much maybe $1,400 calories a day and this probably dropped me down to about 600 calories a day but unfortunately my weight stayed the same because I already knew my weight wasn’t from eating. But I think for people who gain weight for excessive eating it would be very beneficial. Maybe some of the higher doses would help me but unfortunately I just can’t afford to keep paying more for higher doses just in hopes one might work. All of my weight has come from steroids I have been given for back pain so I’m not sure maybe that’s why. But overall this company has been very easy to work with.

I couldn’t believe how easy this process was. I was previously ordering from Roman and it was way higher priced. LIKE DOUBLE. I felt I no longer needed the hand-holding, check-ins, instructions, side effect warnings, or any of that; just a straightforward box of what I knew I needed to succeed. I did a TON of research. Hours. I compared all reputable companies that provide GLP-1s and landed on Citizen Meds. I landed here for the simplicity, as well as the cost. I am in my second box now and I couldn’t be happier. The only very small complaint I have is that the needles’ tips are long, like 3/4”, as opposed to the little 3/8” I was previously using. This is weird because the 3/8” allows you to just stab the needle in, all the way to the plastic, which serves as a perfect stopper, once it hits your skin. With a longer needle, now you have to sort of sit and balance your hand, or you’ll be bopping the needle around, causing possible skin damage like bruising (which I am prone to.)
Overall, 9/10. I’ll be back again and again until I’m done with needing GLP-1s. Thank you CM! -

One month before I started the meds I broke my ankle and foot and had 4 months of immobilization which significantly decreased my activity. While on the meds,my BMI has gone from 32 to 26!
